ACCEPTED SELF
Hey, I'm Leah
Thanks for stopping by!
I'm grateful to have you in my little space on the net.

About Me & My Work
I’m a mum living by the Surf Coast in Victoria, Australia. I’ve never actually stepped onto a surfboard, but I love being close to the ocean and the forests that surround us. They remind me daily of the chaos and the calm, the cycles and rhythms of life.

I’ve always been curious about people and why we are the way we are. Psychology, philosophy, Human Design, the Gene Keys, nature, and wellness have all been part of my exploration.

My own journey hasn’t been without it's swings and roundabouts. I’ve walked through trauma, depression, and anxiety, and those experiences lit a fire in me - a deep desire to heal, to reconnect with my heart, and to remember who I truly am.
Along the way, I’ve been supported by incredible therapists, coaches, and healers, and I’ve spent the past three years working in the Mental Health field, which has shaped my compassion and given me a trauma-informed approach.

The wisdom I share comes from a mix of lived experience, intuitive insight, and a lot of self-exploration. The practices and tools I use are the ones that have carried me through my darkest seasons and continue to soften me into clarity, acceptance, and a gentler way of being with myself.

As a projector, I often see things in people that they can’t always see for themselves - where they’re out of alignment, and the opportunities that could bring them more balance and harmony.

I can be direct and honest — sometimes naming the things you might be afraid to see, but it always comes from love. My intention is never to judge, but to help you find more clarity, more self-acceptance, and more ease during the cycles of life.

The Gene Keys
One of the most transformative tools on my path has been the Gene Keys. I was first introduced to them by a mentor, and I felt an immediate pull. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in the book, retreats, courses, podcasts, and countless contemplations. Each time I sit with a Gene Key, whether it’s for the first or the fifth time, I discover new insights — little “aha” moments that shift how I see myself and the world.

The Gene Keys taught me that my reactions and behaviours weren’t proof I was broken - they were doorways into understanding, acceptance, and my innate gifts. That shift changed everything for me, and it’s what led me to complete the Gene Keys Guide Certification so I could share this work with others.

Now, as a Gene Keys Guide, shadow work mentor, and trauma-informed coach, my role is to walk beside you as you turn inward - helping you meet the parts of yourself you’ve hidden, embrace both the light and the shadow, and uncover the gifts that have been waiting for you all along.
