AWARENESS & UNDERSTANDING

To begin this journey we need to understand the parts that make up our human existence, what makes us who we are and why we sometimes face challenges that feel out of our control

ACCEPTANCE
& HEALING

With the awareness of our behaviours and fears comes some uncomfortable realisations. This can be a challenging time and we need to be soft with ourselves as we accept these parts of us. Grace and compassion needs to be cultivated as we peel off our marks and step in to who we really are.

INTENTION
& ACTION 

Once you've gone through the first 2 steps you'll find yourself at a place full of space. You are on the path to accepted what's come before from a place of deep understanding, you've begun the deconditioning & healing process and you're now free to explore and discover who you really are and what you truly want.

  • We'll start by exploring parts of your personal Human Design and Gene Key charts so we can determine some important aspects regarding the way you were designed to show up, interact, experience & GIVOCTNOW10. 

​

  • We'll explore your programming and start to uncover some of the beliefs that you've been conditioned with. Becoming aware of the stories playing in your head can help you switch of auto-pilot and get you living intentionally.

​

  • We'll take a look at how much energy we are giving to our external world and how we can use our emotions as a guidance system to keep us in alignment with our true desires.
